Discernment Work

Meet short-term (weekly or 2x month)
to explore acute disappointment, grief,
decisions, or transition.
Includes sabbatical support.

Ignatian Exercises

Hi, I’m Sarah Jackson.

Twenty years ago, during a painful season of struggle, frustration, and a sense that God was absent, I began meeting with a spiritual director.

With the help of her presence and questions, I began noticing changes in my posture toward God and others…and myself. Eventually I felt more hopeful, more whole, more curious, and more loved. I found new language and practices for the various themes and seasons of my life with God, and learned that
even in silence I was not abandoned.

Retreats and Practices

I lead half, full, and multiple-day retreats (including workshops and “soul-care” days) for teams and small-sized groups in intimate settings. Themes include emotional and spiritual health, discernment, spiritual practices, and celebrations of the Church calendar. Experience a mix of content, guided reflection and solitude, and individual spiritual direction opportunities.
